Happy Feet Footbath
Have you been spending your days in gardening boots, or your nights in stiletto heels? Happy Feet Footbath will soothe tired feet and soften rough skin spots.
- Rosemary – has an energising and activating effect on the brain and seems to revive the senses. Rosemary’s pain-relieving qualities can be helpful in cases of gout, rheumatic pains, and tired or over-worked muscles.
- Marjoram – promoting health in many different ways, marjoram is especially good for dealing with painful muscles.
Due to its warming action, marjoram can also be useful for rheumatic aches and pains, especially where there is
a feeling of cold and stiffness.
- Lemongrass - the strong antiseptic action of lemongrass makes it useful for cases of athlete’s foot and other fungal infections. Lemongrass is a general tonic for the body, and is excellent for aching muscles; relieving pain and making
them more supple by stimulating circulation. The deodorant action keeps feet smelling fresh.
Add Happy Feet Footbath to a bowl of warm water (not too hot, you don’t want to scold yourself), sit back and relax while you soak your feet for at least 10 minutes. Gently scrub your feet with a foot pumice. Rinse your feet and pat dry with a towel. For best results, follow your footbath with a moisturiser (we recommend Geranium & Orange Foot Cream)
