Sprinkle a handful of Sleep Easy Herbal Bath Salts into the bath as you run the water. Lie back and relax for at least 20 minutes. Gently towel dry (or air dry if you’re warm enough), and follow with one of our gorgeous body lotions, butters or oils (we recommend Sleep Easy Bath & Body Oil).
Because of the detoxing properties of our Herbal Bath Salts, we recommend you rest for 10 – 15 minutes after your bath.
